"Ten Ten" refers to our vision for the game 100 years from now, which we divide into ten ten year strategic periods.
A child with a parent who plays golf has a 1-in-4 chance of picking up the game, while a child without a parent who plays golf has a 1-in-250 chance of picking it up.
Our focus from 2021-2031 is to convert as many non-golfers into golfers between the ages of 18-34, so that in 10 years, when they have kids, they'll be ready to usher in a youth movement in golf.

FREE GOLF
Golf has a perception problem. The game had its best year in decades despite a global pandemic and increased collective protest against all forms of racial injustice. But, most people in this critical age bracket still consider golf as something that's not for them, or worse, something that works to exclude them from it.
2020 changed the world forever. Looking ahead to 2021 and beyond, young people will avoid and condemn anything that embodies exclusion and inaccessibility. Coming off its best year, and with more young people interested in the game than ever before, golf must work to appeal to young people and focus on what it will look like in 2120.
We love golf and know how to talk about it in a way that makes anyone and everyone take interest, especially people ages 18-34, who are looking for experiences that align with their ideologies and principles.
